Tri Peaks and Pyramid won't load

Discus and support Tri Peaks and Pyramid won't load in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; After the update to the Solitaire collection that added the "solvable decks" Tri-Peaks and Pyramid won't load.     Tri Peaks and Pyramid won't load


    After the update to the Solitaire collection that added the "solvable decks" Tri-Peaks and Pyramid won't load. All other card games work fine. Mahjong and Jigsaw also work fine.

    Following the Microsoft suggestion, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game but the issue remains. Anybody else have this issue?

    Windows10 64

    Intel I7

    CPUID shows 64 GB of RAM but under Windows System it is only showing 16.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    Tri peak will not load. All the others load except Tri peak. Please fix.

    Tri-Peaks Pyramid solitaire

    The games in Daily Challenge should Change when You cannot finish the required challenges. As is, the games are the same and repeated play allows for practice, instead of actual challenge.

    same problem ... I tried every "solution" I found on many forums .. except try to reinstall ... none of them worked

    Having the same issue with them here also. Have done the reinstall after uninstall and cleared the cache nothing is resolving the issue.

    Windows 10 64 bit running on AMD A8-6500 with 6GB of ram.

    A sound problem in Tri Peaks and Pyramid

    Are you using the Windows 8.1 test version? Some players have reported issues with this. If not, we would recommend reinstalling the game. Let us know if anything changes, thank you!
