Treated unfairly with a suspension

Hi , I had a very unfortunate situation. I recently had some family members visiting and I let their kids use my Xbox. To avoid any kind of foul play I disconnected the head set . I found out the kids were sending bad messages to people . I’m very disappointed
with their actions and let their parents know what had happened. Xbox suspended my account . I plead my case in descriptive detail and without any 2nd thoughts thwy kept the suspension. I feel like I’m im treated unfairly. I find it hard to believe the only
way Xbox handles any situation is with a iron fist. Mistakes happen and instead of understanding they immediately strike with out warning. This is very off putting especially for responsible long time customers such as my self.

Unfortunately, due to the low reputation, you will only be able to play with others with similar reputations or play in private matches with friends. This will be the only way that you can raise your reputation back up to play with a wider selection of gamers.
