    i am having issues with the licensing of my games. A whole bunch of my free games with gold are no longer accessible to me. I have downloaded and played these games and now they don't work. Calling customer support the answer i received was basically i have
    no proof bad luck.

    What an absolute disgrace.

    I pay for a gold subscription every single year without fail and there is an error in their system and i get a big old too bad so sad.

    This is disgraceful. I own these games. I want my games back. Now to top it off my emails have been blocked as all their emails to me have suddenly disappeared there is just a comversation of emails of my responses to no one.

    I have spent thousands on thousands on the xbox franchise and they cant credit me a few $$$ to giveme access to my games again.

    Half of them i dont care for. I only downloaded them because they were free. They could atleast just creditme a select few that i actually played and want back.

    My frustration is... i don't know how to explain it. Im so.so angry.

    My April Gold Game says i dont own the game

    I called Xbox Support today. Got transferred to Tech Support and was treated poorly. I hope not all Reps and Supervisors are as rude to Xbox Customers like I was treated today. Highly disappointed Treated poorly :(

    Sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the Games With Gold titles. It sounds like you may have obtained these games via another profile. Do you by chance game share with another user? Maybe a friend or family member? It's very possible that the
    user who had your console set as home changed the home console and that would explain why it's not showing these games listed. If you've had another profile signed in on the console it's also possible that the "purchase" of the free Games with Gold games were
    attached to the other profile instead of yours.

    Have you ever had another user set your console as their "home" console? Let us know!
