Treasure Hunt won't save

I am logged in. When I open game all statistics show up correctly however game always opens on the first level regardless of how many levels I reach.

Given that I have reached level 83 and died many times and cant get back there I find this a little frustrating.

As i am now retired I was sort of hoping that I might be able to resolve this problem before I actually die! (Most likely cause will be frustration with computer!)

Lots of ideas in the replies and thanks to those that have done so.

Reinstalling did not work.

Cleared Windows cache but did not work.

I'm sure its something simple but I assume the people at Microsoft, having just messed up the latest Windows 10 update, are spending their time trying to resolve that rather than worrying about a game.

Treasure Hunt

A few things you can try:

1) Switch to full screen mode, or switch from full screen mode - this sometimes causes the textures to redraw

2) Drag the game window around on your screen and drag it so that the missing textures are off screen (e.g. the window is only half visible) - again this may cause the textures to redraw.

3) Disconnect yourself from the internet and try playing - sometimes ads cause issues.

Treasure Hunt

I have been playing the solitaire bit of windows 10 this signs in perfectly well with my Xbox log in and has recorded achievements. Today I added Microsoft treasure Hunt that is available on the same page as solitaire, however when I started the game says
can't sign in despite the fact that the top of the page has my gamer pic and tag sitting there, it then takes me to the xbox page to log in and restart the game still won't sign in so no achievements recorded. How do I fix this from the xbox sign in I can
see treasure hunt as one of my games but it is the same if I launch it from there

Hey there Richard,

From what I can remember from this game is there had been a bug that caused this and there wasn't really a work around aside from uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I'm a little surprised it hasn't been fixed, there may be someone more knowledgeable
than me to help you at this point but that's what I had to do a couple years ago when I was playing it.

Try re-installing the game or re-cycle the console by holding power button for 10 sec.

Since you have tried all the common steps when troubleshooting MS apps issues but one, I'd say it doesn't hurt to give it a try too: run the app troubleshooter.

I hope the troubleshooter at least points to a possible cause since everything else has failed so far.

 

I forgot to say that this was almost the first thing I did. I have run it again but it fails to identify any problem.
