    The tray of my Xbox360 does not open, so I can´t insert the CD to play.

    No, the noise does not stop if the disc tray is open. Thank you for your answer.

    Took 6 attempts to open my disc drive today!

    Disc tray.

    The xbox one (s) doesn't have a disc tray and it was never meant to be opened.

    If you are referring to the 360 then that does have a tray that can open then it makes sense.

    If you select "Open Tray" on the dashboard, does it always open or only sometimes? If it always opens, then the touch part on your Xbox may be malfunctioning, or need cleaning [I would use just a dry cloth unless something spilled on it, then just a lightly
    damp cloth]. If your tray doesn't always open when you select open tray then something is malfunctioning and you will need to contact Microsoft for repairs.
