    Hi please can someone help me i sent a post a few weeks ago but i have had no reply. My daughter has had xbox live for about 2 months and has 5star rep but when I looked it said she has 100% trash talk and we don't know how this has happened i have spoken
    to someone at xbox live again and have been told to repost this message as they think someone has taken a dislike to my little girl and is filling completes because they don't like her thank you.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Thanks for posting.

    As long as she hasn't actually broken the Code of Conduct, no action will be taken on any of the complaints, so she can continue to play. Trash talk :)

    If she is on the 360 that type of report really does not mean anything. However, if she is on the ONE, these can count against her reputation. If the rep on the account falls too far, you will only be able to be matched with others with like reputation.
    By the sounds of it, being for trash talk, this is a 360 reputation thing, and reputation on the 360 means nothing. My rep on the 360 was up to 70% avoided at one point, yet I have a perfect rep on the ONE.

    I have only replied to 1 person and it diddn't go any further, the player review button dosen't work anymore so i can't deal with it more appropriately.
    Player Review? Is that within the game itself? To report these players directly to Xbox there are a few primary ways. You can find them in your "recent players" list in your "people" drop down then choose "Report or Block". you can pull up their full profile
    and under "more" you can "report or block", and you can select the individual offending message and report it.

    Those things o work correctly.
