    Salve a tutti,

    ho da diversi anni una Xbox 360 con la quale ho sempre giocato offline, ma adesso finalmente vorrei passare alla Xbox One. Non volendo perdere tutti gli obiettivi che ho sbloccato negli anni ho provato a caricare il mio profilo su Xbox Live seguendo la procedura
    indicata sul sito. Un paio di anni fa avevo acquistato un nuovo computer, col quale era stato creato in automatico un profilo su Companion Console Xbox, quindi ho inserito i dati del mio profilo Microsoft, tuttavia, dopo aver inserito nome, indirizzo email
    e password, mi compare la scritta "Questo account microsoft è associato con un differente profilo xbox live. Prova un account differente." Ho provato a cambiare il nametag del profilo offline per farlo combaciare con
    quello del profilo online, ma con lo stesso risultato.

    C'è un modo con cui posso caricare nel cloud il mio profilo offline senza dover creare un secondo account Microsoft? Leggendo simili discussione, ho visto che vi erano dei link per possibili procedure, ma quelle pagine
    sono state cancellate.

    Sorry to hear it. If your gamertag is an offline profile then you will need to Join Live on the 360 console first. This will force you to add the gamertag to an email address. If the one you want to use is taken then create a new Hotmail account.

    I would recommend this anyway to keep your Xbox email separate from your regular.

    Once done you should be able to add the gamertag to the Xbox One console.

    Please be aware that your achievements may take a couple of weeks to catch up to your account

    Hello Pierfrancesco,

    You are able to use any email that is not currently attached to a Microsoft account. So if you have a Gmail that matches that criteria, you should be fine. Creating an outlook on the spot is the easiest though since you would not have to verify the email.

    Does it necessarily have to be an Hotmail/Outlook account or can I use a different Gmail profile? I don't use the Microsoft email website so I'm not very practical with it.

    Also, can I keep multiple Xbox profiles on the same Microsoft account?

    Xbox live gold

    On Xbox One, an account with Xbox Live Gold can share it with other users on that console. The user must set their account as "Home Xbox" on that console. On Xbox 360, each individual user must have their own membership.
