Transparent Background Problem from 26th September 2016 XBox One Preview Update

As i am a member of the Preview program, i get updates of new preview features for XBox One. The latest Preview Update of 26th September 2016 causes a failure to Transparent Background of at least 3 problems, that i already reported to the Preview program
with screenshot. The 2 problems are the following... 1. The Dashboard seems kinda messed up a little, where there used to be a transparent background also for the active stuffs used, are replaced with a black background instead, which shouldn't be the case,
unless you have chosen only to use no transparent background. I always use full transparent background. The failure is quite viewable... 2. When trying to view images stored on a USB pen with Media Player, the app fails to launch and caused the console to
turn itself OFF... 3. Game DVR gets affected with not deleting a used image as a background immerdiately... I hope these small issues can be fixed for the next update as soon as possible... Thank you for taking notice...

When they released update, it reset the dash. Tile transparency and backgrounds is in settings/my xbox. You just need to setup again.Click to expand... I changed it after the update.

Adjusting the tile transparency allows you to better view your custom background through the tiles on the screen. To adjust this:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select AllSettings.
In the Nav pane, select Personalisation, and then in the right pane, select My colour & background.
Select Tile transparency on the My colour & background page.

Choose the transparency value that you prefer (Solid, Mostly solid, Partly transparent or Mostly transparent).

Custom backgrounds and tile transparency – We’ve added tile transparency to the Home tiles to make your background images more visible. As a reminder, to set a custom background, go to Settings > My Xbox > My
background. Note: some items can’t be made transparent due to usage rights/restrictions for certain images.

Doc in regards to the transparent tiles, as part of the preview program I was asked if a setting of transparency from 1- 10 would be a good feature. From that I'm expecting that the level of transparency will be adjustable soon in a future update,

Certain colours like grey look more transparent at the moment. Try that.

Voice search data privacy and safety setting: Added a new setting for sharing voice search data to create an option for users to allow collection and analysis of voice data when they use Xbox – Bing to search. Go to Settings > Privacy & online safety > Share
voice search data to change the setting.

Xbox One Digital TV Tuner in Australia: Xbox One owners in Australia with an Xbox Digital TV Tuner can now use it with this release.
