privacy settings. If your account is an adult but registered as a child you can submit a

Age verification Form. you can also
submit proof of age.

After submitting this form, you will receive email confirmation and follow up emails. Also will get instructions on how you monitor the status of your request. Please do not fill out multiple requests. You can expect an email response usually
within 3 days.

Checking around it seems Others had the same issue. You may try the suggested steps by the devs to check your system and there's also a suggested solution (working at least on the steam version) worth a try. Here's the links:
