    3.從1/4號接受訂單到今日1/30過多久了,對這樣的處理速度一點反省都沒有

    還要我隔天等 們確認物流收回寄錯地址的物品,才要重寄?

    我一開始通知 們寄錯地址的時候早該重寄了

    自己的錯不修正,欺 消費

    反正 們龍 的地位不可動搖 囂張嘛

    Thanks for replying. It sounds like you've taken the correct course and contacted Xbox Support and they've stated that there was an error and they are making it right by arranging a delivery as soon as possible for you based on the logistics for your region.
    Sadly, we here on the forums do not have the tools available to speed up any delivery processes.

    What a joke! Who would have thought that Microsoft uses google translation as a tool for their customer service. My title is where can I file a complain about the service I have, and you thought that I am asking for service. After
    reading these replies, I realize why the service is terrible. That's because you don't value your customer. Because you are Microsoft, you don't worry about your business.

    I got a call from one of your agent yesterday. He admitted that they send my package to a wrong place. I asked him to promise me that I can receive the device before 2/1, he said it depends on the logistics, so I extend the deadline
    to 2/3. He called me again this afternoon, he informed me that it may be a problem on delivering before 2/3 because Chinese New Year is coming, it may cause my device delay longer. They have received my device since 1/6, They claimed that there is no white
    elite controller in stock for trading. After I realized there will not be one, I agreed them to exchange a black one on 1/15. They sent me an email on 1/24 to inform me that the device is on the way. I tracked the package number and I found that the destination
    of delivery was wrong, so I informed them on 1/26. They didn't reply me until 1/29, and they said the package had been signed. I contacted them again on 1/30 before they started looking into my case. It took them a day and finally find my device. They blamed
    the system for making the mistake.

    I had provided my address 3 times before 1/15. First time on the phone, second time for creating the case, third time for avoiding them making this stupid mistake.

    Now they said they will try to arrange the delivery as soon as possible.

    Stop trying, Do it, fix the problem you cause.
