나이 확인 오류[Translation-Age verification error]

xbox에 로그인을 수 없다.

아이디/비밀번호를 입 해서 들어가면 나이 확인 창이 뜨는데, 나이확인을 아무리 해도 그 창을 벗어 수 없다.

페이지를 껏다켜보거나 컴퓨터를 껏다키 다른 방법으로 로그인을 해봐도 나이 확인 창을 벗어 수 없다.

그런데 마이크로소프트에는 로그인이 되어서

xbox에도 로그인이 되는줄 알 (오류가 쳐진 줄 알 )

그 계 에 마인크래프트를 구매했다.

그런데 로그인이 안돼서 마인크래프트를 플 이 수 없다.

또 마인크래프트를 구매하는 과 에서 결 가 두번 되는 문 가 있었는데,

로그인을 하지 못해 환불요청/문의를 하지 못하 있다.

If you enter your ID/password, you will see an age verification window, which you cannot leave even if you check your age.

You can't get out of the age verification window if you've turned on the page, or tried to log in to your computer in any other way.

But when i signed in to Microsoft,

I know i'm also signing in to xbox (I know the error has been fixed)

I bought Minecraft for that account.

However, you can't play Minecraft because you can't log in.

I also had a problem with making twice the payment while purchasing Minecraft.

I can't log in and i can't ask for a refund/inquiry.]

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue signing in. We recommend to request a call from support. They can look into the account and see what the issue is.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
