I would suggest trying :

1) Open the "XBOX" app.

2) Hit the "Settings" button on the left panel after signing in, it looks like a gear.

3) Hit the "Game DVR" Panel at the top of the settings screen.

4) Toggle off the "Record game clips and screenshots..." button.

OP, why not change to Google Chrome, instead of using Internet Explorer and allow it to translate websites automatically for you?

Are you using Internet Explorer? This error happens A LOT when using browsers other than Internet Explorer.
