    downloaded the game on release day and the game keeps freezing on main menu, cant play campaign neither multiplayer

    Microsoft i beg you sign contract with hasbro gaming, I really want Transformers games into XBOX ONE. Transformers the game, Transformers 2, Transformers Dark of the Moon, Transformers Rise of the dark spark, Transformers War Of Cybertron, Transformers Fall
    Of Cybertron. PLEASE!!!

    Here's a few things to try

    1. Power cycle the console by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down

    2. Highlight the game on the main menu, press the start button then choose Quit Game. Wait and restart

    3. If neither of those options work you can always try deleting then redownloading the game.

    Are you using the internal drive or an external hard drive? If you are using an external drive try moving the game to the internal drive to see if that helps.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to purchase an Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One.

    Where exactly are you attempting to purchase this game through, WelcomeApe? Are you attempting this purchase from your Xbox console, are from the Xbox website?

    On the
    Xbox 360 Marketplace     website, the game appears to have been taken down from the store. The website still shows the game, but merely for archival purposes.

    When looking at the Store on the
    Xbox One section     for this game. This message can be found in the section where you would normally be able to select to purchase this title "Transformers: The Dark Spark is currently not available."

    The game appears to have been a Backwards Compatible title at some point, due to showing up in the Xbox One Store, however, when looking at the

    Backward Compatible Game Library    , the game no longer appears there either.

    You may still have a chance to purchase this game at a physical retailer however, if it does not show up on the list for Backwards Compatible titles, then we are unable to guarantee this game will work on your Xbox One console.

    I hope this was able to clear up any confusion this might have caused.

    I really like transformers, especially the series (transformers energon was my favorite) and I've played a lot of the transformers games which I really enjoyed. Honestly I would really like anothe transformers game.
