transformers rise of the dark spark keeps freezing and crashing

the freezing while loading the campaign or escalation i have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple time i even got a another copy of the game and installed that and same issue keeps happening . this is the only game that has done this. i need help to resolve
this ?

Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down and see if the issue continues.

 

i did that over 10 times now still hasint changed the issue

 

Ok, try this then. Go to Settings>Disc & Blue Ray then uncheck the box Enable BD Live to Improve Playback and then select Persistent Storage and clear it.

Then hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

If the issue persists after you restart the console you may need to send it in for repair.

its not my console thats broken all games i have work so its not that

 

My son has had the game for about a week and it worked fine but now when loading it freezes, we have bought another copy of the game and another console and still it happens. Every other game works fine except this one.

 

Mine has done the exact same thing on this game!

I rang Microsoft, they have told me contact dreamwork pictures to tell them will let you know what happens.

 

I have this problem too. I can't even start the game and I digitally downloaded it from the Microsoft Store. The game is completely broken.

 

Sorry to hear it, shewolf. However, for future reference it would be better to create your own thread instead of bumping older ones.

In the meantime please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down.
