How do I transfer Microsoft Solitaire statistics to a new machine?

With the Windows 10 version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection, your progress is automatically saved to the cloud. This means you can sign in on any Windows 10 device and pick up right where you left off. The
cloud even saves your progress on challenges and achievements.

If you're also using a Windows 8 or 8.1 device, your progress is automatically saved to the cloud as well, and you can keep earning achievements and completing challenges between other Windows 8, 8.1, and Windows
10 devices.

Maybe load it up on the old machine, sync a saved game to the cloud. Load it up on new machine & the saved game.

Try logging into the new machine with the same credentials then start up the game. It should sync up with the cloud. Just make sure you are logged in with the same account.

Syncing to the cloud is working, but the statistics synced are old statistics. Is there a way to recover the recent stats

I think there is something lacking in the instructions. Now let me get this straight. When you do the license transfer, are you supposed to select the transfer option on the new machine you wish to use? I assumed that I should do the transfer on my old machine,
and that some file would have been transferred somehow to my new machine when I next signed into X-Box Live on the new machine. If that is not the case and I have to start the transfer from the new machine then I think that I just transferred the licenses
to my old machine. If that is what happened then I'll have to wait the four months to do it properly. A little clarification would help a lot. Thanks.
