Transferring saved game play to a new Xbox live account. Is this possible?

If the savegames where made with one account and you want to transfer them to another account it won´t work. If the account is the same you will have your savegames on the new console. It will be synched with the cloud or your external HDD if you used
one and don´t use the cloud.

I believe what your asking is the ability to merge or transfer data from an existing Xbox LIVE account to another account. Unfortunately, this is not possible to do. Each Xbox LIVE account has it's own unique identity, all games played on that account are specifically
for that account and cannot be moved to another account. So in short, what your suggesting is simply not possible to do. If you want to start over with a new gamertag, you will also need to start over from all of your saved games and progress as well as downloaded
content etc.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to directly link an existing offline Xbox 360 profile to a new or existing Xbox Live account used with a different profile. There are limitations around merging accounts or transferring save data between them.

However, there are still a couple of options you can explore:

Create a New Live Profile for the Offline Profile:

Sign out of your current Live account on the Xbox 360.

Sign in to the offline profile you want to connect to Live.

Go to Settings > Profile > Join Xbox Live.
Create a new Microsoft account (email and password) or use a different existing account not associated with any other Xbox Live profiles.

This will create a new online profile for your old offline profile, but your achievements, save data, and progress won't be transferred.

Transfer Save Data (Limited Compatibility):

Check if the game you played offline supports Xbox Live storage.

Certain games allow uploading save data from an offline profile to the cloud if you connect to Live with a new profile.

When you transform the guest profile into a Microsoft account, it will have access to all Xbox Live services, including the ability to transfer Xbox 360 cloud-saved game saves to Xbox One. Keep in mind that Xbox Live Gold is required to enable Xbox 360
cloud-saves. Your offline account's Gamerscore, achievements and game saves are all available and become part of the new profile, but they cannot be transferred to any existing Microsoft account and gamertag.
