Transferring progress

My son has xbox one profile but its all in my name. Due to issues of spending and draining my bank account, i jave changed all my password and want him to create a new xbox name etc. He os upset amd says he will lose all hos progress on games. Is there
a way to transfer to his new account his current progress so that its not in my name or linked to me?

This is probably a dumb question but how do I transfer my progress from one account to the second

I was playing quantum break on an 1 of my Xbox one accounts, I then made a new account but my progress wasn't transferred, How do I get my previous progress from my first account to be on my second

Regrettably, sharing saved game data between profiles is not possible - this is to circumvent cheating, for the most part. If your son has a profile of his own, he will be able to share the benefits of
your Gold membership, if you have one.

You can remove all credit card information on your account, change email address linked to xbox account (I think). I'm not sure if that is enough of a change that you want though.

There is a way to set up an account alias, what this entails is removing your email (creating one for him to use as his own) and removing the Payment instruments from the file. These steps would make the Gamertag and progress transfer over to his email without
him loosing anything and you have the peace of mind that there will be no more charges on your account! Follow this link and let
