    Am I the only one who's Xbox account is connected to a Microsoft account they no longer use? I believe I'm not the only one in this situation and had problems logging in at times and trying to link my account with twitch and other website. All of this fuss
    just because I no longer use the same email I once did to create my Xbox account. There is the option to set up a whole new account on my current email but come on... that's a hassle, especially when your asking to leave all achievements, game progress, games,
    etc behind.

    My point is, surely by now Microsft/ Xbox should be able to allow us to transfer our profiles over to our current emails by now.

    Sorry, but it's not possible to transfer profile data from one Microsoft account to another. They will need to set-up there own account, but it will be like starting from scratch.

    Thank you for your post. Account items such as games can not be transferred between accounts. In order to change your account to an adult account is to wait for your account age to become 18.

    I don't want to lose my stuff just because i have to make a New account and start all over again just to not have child settings please find a way that i can do it without having access to the family account
