Transferring my old Xbox account to new Xbox account

When I was a kid, my parents set up my Xbox with their Microsoft account

But now that I’m an adult, it’s not only becoming a hassle to sign in with my parents’ email, but I’d also just like to use my own email for their sake too.

I’ve read that it’s possible to add and remove aliases from the account, but after setting up my computer, I now have my own Xbox account, which according to what I read, cannot be used as an alias due to the email being associated with that Xbox account.

There is also the problem of my parents still using their Microsoft account. On that same thing I read, it says that any account that is attached to Microsoft in any way through @outlook, @hotmail or @live would be deleted from Microsoft’s systems, which would really cause a huge problem for many of my parents’ accounts elsewhere.

Is there a way to transfer this Xbox data to a new Xbox account, even if it isn’t all of it? All I would really care about would be purchases made on the account, and save data, as I don’t wanna spend money on stuff I already technically paid for. Friends and achievements don’t really matter. I could regain those later, and some achievements I should have are ones I don’t have, so again, transferring achievements doesn’t really matter.

Also, would I need to contact someone if this is possible, or could it be done on this site?

It’s less about changing the email and more about transferring or moving the data attached to the account to a new one while still leaving the original account intact, if that makes sense.

If it’s not possible to do this, I’ll still manage, but it’s something that has been bothering me for quite some time.
