    Transferring my games

So, i had an account for around 3 years where i have bought multiple games on, in the meantime i made another account for competitive playing (which i eventually started to use as my main account)

on the original account i bought modern warfare 2019

on the competitve (now my main) i got Cold war; Black ops

now, id love to have all my games purchased put onto my new main account. Supprt did say tojust use the other as my home xbox however, whenever i go to play Modern warfare it says i need to purchase it again...

2/3 days ago i spoke to an agent via live support chat and he said he cant do it but hed escalte the case, ive heard nothing.. no emails or anything at all.

im hoping to know or find out if theres anyone on here who can enlighten me as to why i cant transfer thw licences to my other account. I bought the game, so i am entitled to move the licences when i wish surely?

    :)

    Transferring my games

It will clearly show MY payment methods are the same..

As far as home Xbox goes, it physically won’t let me play on any other account..

    Because you dont

No matter how many times you try and escalate it they wont it will be put back to the origi=l agent

NOTHING can be transferred between accounta PERIOD

On any service not nintendo not sony not pc

Sinxe home consoles are available it's not needed

2 it would be abused like selling content or accounts or worse

Hackers buying content on stolen accounts and selling off the games on your dollar

NO service allows what you want period it opens them up to liability since people are currently lax with their home consoles including sharing account details with random strangers for "free" games

unfortunately nothing can and will be transferred between accounts, same as most other companies, the ONLY time they may do this is if an account has been compromised and needs everything moving to a new account, but this is only does as a last resort.

    Info

Yes. Only the games will be transferred.
Only the games will be transferred?. So my Profile will stay just on my Xbox One after I transfer the games?. Thank you so much.
