transferring my account info

I have an old xbox live account under my parents email with gamertag B4bad789 but when i got a new laptop it made me a new account with my email under the gamertag so I have been calling and calling looking for help but got no where and tried
to chat but that didn't work. So I hope this can help. To anybody willing to listen to the whole story I got an xbox 360 years and years ago but had to make and xbox live account under my parents email but now that I'm 18 now and got a new laptop for christmas
but when I was setting it up I put all of my current info like email, number, etc. But then I went to gaming and music and it showed me a new gamertag and account. So I just need to get my old account to be under my new current info without losing everything
I did on my old account. Hopefully someone in microsoft can help me but really anything will be appreciated

How can I sell my xbox one account safely?

Wouldn’t sell an account like that.

Could transfer it to a younger relative or something, but for me it’d simply be impossible, because my Xbox account is my Windows account is my Skype account. I’m fully tied into the Microsoft ecosystem.

Real answer I suppose is that you could remove all payment and identification and address info, and tie it to a burner email. But there’s nothing fully “safe” about it and I think it’s a bad scene.

Confused about sharing digital games and license transfer

Okay, can someone clear this up about transfering licenses for the 360? Let's say I wanna share Destiny with my friend. I buy the digital copy and I download it. Then my friend on her own separate 360 goes onto my account and downloads it. Now she did a license transfer to her account. She should be able to log onto her own account after she's done playing Destiny and play it. People are saying you would have to be on the account that purchased it to play it, and you have to be connected to Xbox Live at all time, unless you were on the console where the game was first purchased on, then it would be available for all the profiles on that console. Are they including if you do a license transfer or not? Because to my knowledge, once you do a license transfer on let's say account A to console B, then any accounts on console B can play any games that account A owns.
