Thank you for that response, when you do redeem a code to your account that license is attached to the account. In this case if this was the correct account you should be able to go through the Microsoft Store and simply download the game. Go ahead and take
a look at your
Order History and see if you can find when the code was redeemed.

If you find the game then I would advise that you
Contact Xbox Support for further assistance. If you are unable to find where you redeemed the game then unfortunately you would need to purchase the game for this account.

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums regarding this situation, Do you remember what account you might have been logged into when you redeemed the code? Unfortunately there is no way to transfer the license and being that the code has already been
redeemed there is no way for us to replace it for a new one.

If you do have access to the account where the code was redeemed then you can always sign back into that account so that you have access to the game. If you would like to see what games you own under a specific account, take a look at the support link below

I was logged in with the same account I am using currently, and getting on my old pc is not an option. Is there really no way to transfer the game to this computer? I was playing only days ago. Would I have to purchase the Windows 10 Edition?

for me i just opend minecraft(launcher) and minecraft win10 edition was there. for some people it may not be availbe in that country.
