Transferring info

I am a Dad who doesn't know what I am doing! LOL. So I created and Xbox account when we got an Xbox 1 5 years ago so my email and name is all over. The xbox "suddenly accelerated" faster than 9.8m/s2 to the ground. Now it is dead. months have gone by and
a Xbox 1 S was just purchased and about to be unboxed but I have a few questions:

1. Can I transfer the account over to him some why?

2. I saw that if we log into epic games he can change his email there to save all his gaming info and stats. Is this correct?

3. Will games that show up under the my games of the Xbox profile show up after to re load?

4. Do I have to take a hammer to old unit to remove a disc that is still in there?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. I'm sorry to inform you the option to transfer saved data, achievements and any/or game purchases from one account to another Microsoft Account will not be possible. We currently do not have an available
feature. The one step we have available is changing the primary email on the Microsoft
account. You can however set up
home consoleon your main profile.
Note:If you choose to remove an alias that uses a Microsoft domain such as @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, or @live.com, that alias will be completely deleted and will not be available to sign in to any Microsoft
services. A microsoft and Xbox account are one and the same.

2. You would need to reach out to Epic games. But changing the email there is only for the Epic account.

3. Once you install your profile on the new console all games and apps will show under ready to install.

4. The disk may be able to be removed manually. Here is a
link on how to do this.

Hi! and of course all your games and data that you had in your old xbox, will be in your new xbox one s, as long as you put your old email account in your new xbox
