transferring games with our know a microsoft password

I see, unfortunately, the only way to recover an account is with the recovery form. If this is not working, unfortunately, I believe that it will not be possible to recover the account, it will be necessary to remember the necessary information in order to proceed with the recovery.

Unfortunately I can never speak to an agent as they say they can’t help with this issue and I always get directed to the recovery form that I never seem to be able to complete accurately enough for them.

We have moved address, got a new Xbox series x and changed credit card for previous purchases, I think he may even have used a wrong date of birth (trying to be 18😌). Any way of knowing what data could be wrong on the recovery form so I know to try an old address or old Xbox ID

Is this a game that you bought before but recently bought a new xbox? Sega games do this alot when switching consoles. Try doing a license transfer

1. On your console, sign in to Xbox Live using the gamertag that you used to purchase the content.

Don't know your gamertag? See Download, move, or delete your Xbox Live profile.

Need to find your Microsoft account? See Find your Microsoft account.

Can't remember the password for your Microsoft account? See Recover your Microsoft account password.

Go to Settings and select Account.

Under Your Billing Options, select License Transfer.

Follow the instructions to transfer the content licenses.

After the licenses are transferred, you need to download the content again to update the local licenses. For information about how to do this, see Download content you’ve previously purchased.

Ok I tried transferring the licensing using this method:

2.Go to Settings and select Account.

3.Go to Your Billing Options and select License Transfer.

4.Follow the instructions to transfer the content licenses.

What I'm seeing says "You transferred your console licenses on 12/19/12. You'll need to wait until 4/19/2013 to transfer again"
