Transferring game licenses account to account

Hi guys i have a quick question. recently i got permanently banned from Xbox live even my console got banned. the causation was very because of a complicated situation involving a dispute with a game developer. so now i had to go and get a new console.

well over the years even as far back as 360 i have accumulated a ton of games. i have my new Xbox and new profile but i am unsure of how i can transfer all of my game licenses. i have thousands of dollars worth of games bought over the years and i am freaking
out right now because i cant figure it out. please help

The reason i know why i was banned is because i have been clean from messages for at least a month in a half now of no trash talking therefore it cannot because of harassment through message. i do not mod/hack or tamper with my console. so i am pretty confident
it is his doing.

Confused about sharing digital games and license transfer

Okay, can someone clear this up about transfering licenses for the 360? Let's say I wanna share Destiny with my friend. I buy the digital copy and I download it. Then my friend on her own separate 360 goes onto my account and downloads it. Now she did a license transfer to her account. She should be able to log onto her own account after she's done playing Destiny and play it. People are saying you would have to be on the account that purchased it to play it, and you have to be connected to Xbox Live at all time, unless you were on the console where the game was first purchased on, then it would be available for all the profiles on that console. Are they including if you do a license transfer or not? Because to my knowledge, once you do a license transfer on let's say account A to console B, then any accounts on console B can play any games that account A owns.

After a while now, I have decided to license transfer for my account but I am unsure what it actually does since I don't know it very much.

Would I have to give up my account details?

 

Nothing can be transferred between accounts and once an account is banned, you forfeit everything you had on the account.

While the overturning of console bans is virtually unheard of, it might work for your account (though it could be a long shot).

Digital rights are not transferable, so the only way to have access to your games is to initiate, and win, the appeal process.

 

Appeal he ban status of tjey say no then basicly your games on that account are done...next time dont get heated with a developer here is nothing to gain from doing that anyways...

 

Well technically i was asked to divolge exploirs fof a game, i said no. Then i proceeded to say i will but for something in return, in a public pkace. They took that as extortion and i immedistely got banned from there discord. Following that a few days
later i was banned.

Now im not a genous on the rules but how can a dispute over another chat app be a bannsble offense. And i mean a 100% console and account ban not just a perminant com and multiplayer ban. There is no way trash talking which is the worst i have ever done
on xbox live is a console and account complete ban offense.

I really wish enforcement did more activdly user reviews instead of the automated denial response.

 

There is no automated ban process. All account/console bans/suspensions done manually by a real person.

If you have received those kind of bans, then you'd more than likely have to create a new account and start over from scratch. I know it's not the best sounding solution, but if you are permanently banned, then it's the only one.

It totally says in the code of conduct for Xbox "UPON RECEIVING A PERMANENT SUSPENSION, YOU FORFEIT ALL CONTENT LICENSES, GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIME, AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT
BALANCES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT." and I don't believe there is a case review option for permanent or device bans.

Give that information a look through to prevent the same issue happening again
