    Transferring game data from xbox 360 to another xbox 360?


    So 3 years ago my brother took our xbox 360 to his home with our account which I used to play Halo: Reach with map packs.

    Now I bought a new xbox 360 and I want my Halo: Reach profile data back and the map packs, is it possible to transfer these to another profile on another console?

    Ps. The map packs were downloaded to the account he is using (which I am logged in atm)

    PPs. He wants to keep his COD game progress so he probably wont give the account back

    I have my old XBOX 360 hard drive, and only an xbox one...

    The Xbox 360 transfer cable was only for transferring data from one 360 hard drive to another 360 hard drive. There also were several versions of the cable that weren't compatible with each other and would only transfer between specific drives.

    Sorry to hear it. Content purchased using an account is linked to that account and cannot be transferred. If you would like to play using the map packs then you would need to repurchase them on the gamertag that you are using.

    1. The Data Transfer Kit will transfer content from Original Xbox 360 to Original Xbox 360, or from Original Xbox 360 to Xbox 360 S. :)

    2. The data is moved, not copied, so the content will not remain on the source drive.

    A USB that is used on an Xbox 360 can only have up to 16 GB of data on it at a time. It doesn't matter if the actual USB is 16 GB or 10000 GB, it only allows the 16 GB max. Now, the transfer kit is made to transfer all the data from one Xbox 360 HDD to another.
    It will transfer all the data at once.
