    I have an old gamettag and have recently changed to a new one. I have £25.50 in my old account, is there anyway to transfer funds to my recent xbox live account.?

    Not recieving my transfert funds

    Were you transferring funds from some other payment method to your Microsoft account? Does it show the funds when you sign onto the
    Account website and review Payments & Billing?

    Transferring Old Account Achievements To Newer Account

    As above, nothing can be transferred over to another account.

    If you have an offline profile, you need to select the "Join Xbox LIVE" option.

    no you cant transfer anything between accounts

    and I wouldn't suggest you post reference numbers

    I also agree with ngocphi, that there is no way to transfer those funds from one account to another and don't put a reference number or any other personal information on this forum becuase anyone can see it

    Transfer account balance money to family members.

    You cannot transfer a balance from one account to another. You can gift new funds to a family member but not funds already on an account. I have this same issue and found a forum response explaining it.
