  1. Transferring emails

Hello there. I have recently tried transferring my account details over from one email to the next due to my old email being redundant. I have tried many times to upgrade my account to gold again as it ran out, although it keeps telling me about the account
switch. Every time I try to go through the process, it tells me 'We aren't ready for you yet'. Apparently, I wont get an email relating to this until the 6th June 2014 which is utterly ridiculous. I'm just trying to switch the emails and get my live membership....

Any help will be appreciated, cheers.

    :)

    Transferring Emails

So, long story short, I had my account recovered about 2 months ago my XBL after it was hacked. It currently has the @live.com email assossiated with it (a temp. email), and the XBL rep. told me to switch it when I could.

I created a new email solely for the account, but whenever I make a LiveID for the email it generates some random free membership Xbox Live ID and that prevents me from transfering my main account over.

My question is, how can I delete these 0 achievement, no membership, blank accounts, so I may transfer?
