Transferring DLC and maps from Xbox 360 to Xbox One?

Hi all,

Would appreciate any help with this. We just moved to Xbox One, bought the new version of Minecraft (download not disc) and can't work out how to transfer anything. Have tried using the chat function in Support but they keep rejecting the enquiry.

Can it still be done?

DLC transferring between Xbox 360 and Xbox One depends on whether or not you purchased the DLC with a Call of Duty: Ghosts Season Pass.

If you have a Season Pass:

DLC purchased on Xbox 360 will transfer to Xbox One.

DLC purchased on Xbox One will not transfer to Xbox 360.

If you do not have a Season Pass:

DLC purchased on Xbox 360 will not transfer to Xbox One.

DLC purchased on Xbox One will not transfer to Xbox 360.

You should be able to, as long as you're logged into the account that bought the content. On the home screen you should have an option to press Y or X to transfer 360 game saves. Make sure that cloud saving was enabled and the 360 was connected to the internet.

If that doesn't work, just give support a call!

 

I am having an issue with the DLC transferring. I read in one of the topics that there are only a hand full that will be free from 360 to the One. I have all but a few and it seems all of them are charging to redownload.
