Transferring content from a banned account to an active account.

Hello I have a situation where my Xbox Live account got banned until the year 9999. I have spent well over $200 on downloadable games and DLC and all of it was gone when my account got banned, well not really since it was saved to my hard drive and I could
play them on a new account. However, my hard drive recently went corrupt and I lost EVERYTHING! I was wondering/hoping that there is SOME way to get my lost content from my banned account to my new account that I am actively using. I really do not want
to put all of that money back into something I already purchased for a stupid reason that I got banned for which I take the blame on. If ANYONE can help me out on this, (download codes, content transfer between accounts, licence transfer, or anything that
would do the trick) it would make my day and then some. If not, well it's what I am expecting. Thank you for taking the time to hear my plea and I look forward to seeing what can possibly/not be done about my dilemma. If Gamertags are necessary I am more
than happy to provide them.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Question about license transferring!

Actually there is a way, however it is against the TOS, and you could get yours and his account banned for using said method.

I highly advise against it.

Edit:

I should reword what I said, transferring content from one account to another is impossible. Transferring from one console to another is possible, however as I said previously, I highly advise against it.

Sorry, but it's not possible. When you're banned you forfeit everything you had on the account and it's not possible to transfer anything between accounts.

That means that the license transfer did not work successfully. This sort of activity is not allowed on XBOX Live as sharing content with other users will result in accounts getting permanently banned from XBOX Live. If you want to use content, please purchase
it yourself instead of getting your own account and your friends account permanently banned in the near future.

If the previous console was permanently banned from XBL and the account was not then you will have no problems using your account on the new console. You will just need to do a license transfer as mentioned above.

If however the account is permanently banned from XBL then nothing from it is transferable including; gamer score, game saves, subscription time, ms points and download content. All of that is gone forever and is non-refundable/transferable.
Just an fyi, the activity that got your previous console banned, if you choose to do it again will only result in the same happening again.

Content is not transferable between accounts. If you are unable to access content purchased under a banned account from another account, then it will need to be re-purchased.

Sorry, but nothing can be transferred between accounts. If the content is not working, or if you were to get a new console and can't license transfer from the banned account, you will have to repurchase the content.
