    Transferring account contents


    I had my account hacked a few months back and was unable to retrieve it. I just recently made a new Microsoft account and was able to contact EA support and transfer my account. Only problem is none of the progress transferred and ea told me to contact Microsoft and they should have the data to transfer. Is there any way to contact Microsoft about this because it doesn't fall under any of their support categories.

    There is no way to transfer content between accounts. However, you can access the content if you are using the same console that she purchases the content on.

    License transfers are used to transfer console licenses between consoles, not accounts.

    The license transfer tool does not transfer content between accounts but rather to new consoles. No content can be transferred from one account to another. As long as content is on the console that it was originally downloaded to, it can be used by all
    accounts on that console (with a small number of exceptions).

    It's not possible to merge accounts or transfer anything between accounts. If you did the license transfer and then redownloaded the content, you should be able to access the content on both accounts.

    You can't transfer content between accounts. You need to do a licence transfer with the account you downloaded the content to the new console.

    In order to then play that content on you new account the profile that purchased the content needs to be on your console aswell.

    Spyroman - License transfers only move content between consoles. It does not transfer content between accounts.
