Transferring a purchased game to another account on the same console?

It is my brother's xbox

I purchased a game while signed into his account

The game was not downloaded to the console (but it was purchased) because he does not currently have xbox live

i decide to make an xbox live account and purchase 1 month of access

is there any way i can transfer the game from his account to mine, or do just have to buy the game again while signed into my own account?

if i were to convince him to purchase xbox live, and therefore download the game, could i play it while logged into my xbox live account

i know i messed up pretty bad but it is very late and i just wanted to play a vid game :/

Transfer Purchase

I was wondering if there was some way to transfer a purchase made on one Xbox Account to another.

I own both accounts, and I'm trying to transition to the new one. Two Game purchases are what I'm looking at transferring and they were purchased on the same card.

Is there a way I can do this or no?

What exactly do you mean by "transferring a license to the account JK THE KILLER"? The license transfer too transfers the licenses from one console to another. Nothing is transferred between accounts. If the expansion was purchased on another account
it might not be possible to play without purchasing on your account.

If he downloads the game, you can access it as long as you're using the same console. He does not need gold in order to download the game.

It's not possible to transfer games from one account to another. If you purchased the game on this account, and it's on the same console as your other account you wish to play it on then simply sign into the other account and you should be able to play it just
fine.

All content purchased on 1 console is accessible to any profile on that same console.

Hi,

There's no way to transfer that content from one account to another. If you purchased this content on another account using the same console you'll need to download that profile and try to re-download those items.

If the account that made these game purchases did not make them using this console then you will need to do a license transfer after downloading that account onto this console by following the directions
here. This will make it so all profiles on that console can play games that other profiles have purchased on the same console.

If the account in question that purchased these items is banned that would mean that all content that this account has purchased is void and all licenses are stripped.

Yes, you can purchase the game on another account that is an adult, but you will not be able to transfer the game onto a USB to another account. Any content purchased on 1 console is available to all profiles on that console.
