Transferring a Game from One Account to Another

Is it possible to transfer a digital downloaded game from one account to another on a different Xbox. Specifically, I’d like to transfer a game to my kid so he can play it on his Xbox One.

I understand that a game can only be registered to one account, but is it stuck to the original account it was purchased under?

On the Xbox One there is a feature available that as long as console is set as your home console anyone else who uses the console should have access to most of the content you have purchased through the Xbox store that is installed on the other console.

All you will need to do is to set your child's console.
