Transferring 360 saves

Whenever I try to recover my xbox 360 minecraft Saves, it says that there are none found. Please help.

As you have read the title I am having trouble transferring my saves to my xbox one and need help.

I upload my save to the cloud then I go to my xbox one and retrieve the save and it downloads normally

until it gets to the end and minecraft freezes and returns me to the dashboard.

If you haven't figured it out by now, try unplugging your console and plugging it back in (hard reboot). Hope that fixes it.

 

The transfer process is not automatic. You need to manually transfer your saves one at a time.

On the 360, select your save and press 'Y' to upload for the Xbox One. Once the upload has completed you can select 'X' on the Xbox One save selection screen to download the save.

Repeat this process for all the saves you want to transfer.

Kinda upset..doesn't look any different, nothing shocking!! Waited so long for this upsetting moment.

 

Its minecraft. The simple look of it is the charm. Atleast now I don't have to hop back and forth on systems to play it.

Something to keep in mind when transferring your world from X360. As of now your world will of coarse transfer no problems. Except for one little minor detail. Your game world will see no change in size and therefore will be exactly the same as the 360.

This is an important issue to consider if you want to take advantage of the Xbox One's significant upgrades. Now at least according to an earlier interview with Mojang. They were planning on a world size editor which would allow to up-convert your saves
to fit Xbox One's larger worlds.

However I haven't heard any news on when that will be. It's unfortunate that this wasn't available on launch day. As it gives very little extensive for X360 users to make the switch. New players will really be the only ones benefiting. So let's hope MSoft
and Mojang put this on a fast track to certification.

 

I'm also having issues transferring my Xbox 360 save to my Xbox one. The weird thing is, I'm only having trouble transferring a specific map of mine.

 

disappointingly after you transfer the map you hope for it to be larger but I guess 4J has not gotten to that point yet. I think it is running much more smoothly though and the natural looks great.

 

I am having an issue with the save transferring. Everytime i try to retrieve my save it goes to around 2.11 mb and just stops and doesnt continue even if i wait all day. Its not my internet provider because my download speed is around 18.80 mbps of anyone
knows the solution to my problem please respons thanks.

 

Outside of Tweeting 4J and/or Xbox Support which always seems helpful, you could try completely shutting down your Xbox One (pull power from wall socket) as this seems to fix a lot of the smallish issues.
