Transferred to Microsoft account

You'll need to create a third Microsoft Account, transfer THIS account to the third MSA, then transfer your account to the desired MSA. You can try the transfer at Settings -> Account -> Account Security -> Change Microsoft Account.

davemcfly85 is correct, the license transfer only transfers Microsoft account licenses on the same account. Once you are able to perform a license transfer again you will need to sign into the Microsoft account that made the purchases and download them
off of that gamertag. This is done to prevent unauthorized content transfers between accounts.

A license transfer wil not work, as a license transfer can only be done by the microsoft account that made the original purchase. This offers no help here as jeweled wants to transfer content BETWEEN microsoft accounts.

Are you sure everything will transfer? It says: "When you change to a new Microsoft account, the current funds in your original Microsoft account do not transfer to your new Microsoft account.". Is this referring to Microsoft Points or something else?
