Transferred my xbl acc to another ms acc error: 80154013

I transferred my xbox live profile(acc 2) to another ms account(lets call this one acc 3). it seems successful because that's the new log in i can use for that profile.

now i am trying to transfer another gamertag(acc 1) to account 2. it gives me error code 80154013.

it seems even though i transferred the account that it still has that account connected to it. Its very annoying because now i cant use my new xbox one that i just bought.

Am i suppose to wait 30 days? it seems that this artilcle says that you have to wait 30 days to do it again. not to wait 30 days before the move is complete.

my xbox got banned

My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

Ok sorry for the double post... after an hour of troubleshooting i found the issue!

For anyone who is interested... If you are logged in windows into your ms account... and you are using another account in the xbox app, and you are redeeming the key inside the xbox app, its not going to be bound to your ms acc, but to your xbox account!

if you try to now login to your xbox acc in the ms store its not going to work! You have to instead make sure that your windows is not bound to your ms acc... you can do this in the settings.

Then you remove the ms acc in the system settings of windows. now you can login to your xbox acc in the ms store...

It is possible that there is still an association with the previous email address that needs to be removed. Give it about 48 hours and if you still cannot attach the (now) free email to the other account you should give phone support a call.

I tried it again today. Atleast the profile is now moved away from account 2. Now when i try to move my profile 1 to account 2 it gives me this error: xbox.com/accountswap

did this happen because i logged in(with profile 1 on account 1) on my new xbox one i got yesterday?

 

The solution probably was waiting for a day in between moving the profiles.
