Pessoal, comprei um xbox one para meu filho, preciso transferir as conquistas dos jogos que estão armazenadas no hd externo do xbox 360, porém não consigo fazer isso, pois o sistema acusa que nao tenho live gold. Mas tenho ela foi instalada o one.

Preciso vender o 360 mas nao quero perder os dados salvos. Alguém me ajuda?

Hello!

I am assuming the signed in Xbox 360 account is the same as the Xbox One account. In that case, all achievements will be transferred over automatically as they stay with the Xbox/Microsoft account.

However, if you are concerned about in-progress save games that you may be using on your Xbox One the only way to transfer those is through the cloud which is an Xbox Live Gold feature. To test this on the Xbox 360, try a multiplayer game such as Call of
Duty on the Xbox 360.

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. I would recommend taking a look at our support page for more help on

Moving from Xbox 360 to Xbox One. The achievements are saved to the account itself. So when you sign in to the Xbox One using the same account that's on the 360 the achievements will follow you.

Take a look at the support article as it explains exactly what gets transferred when you make the move.

Alguns jogos rodam, mas outros não reconhecem o HD. O HD externo de 500gb só estar constando como 32gb.

Thank you for coming to the forums. You can have up to 3 external drives on the Xbox at one time so essentially you should be able to transfer or copy your games from on external drive to the other and vice versa. Just follow the article provided by

Kiesey to get to the Storage settings and follow the steps on how to transfer games from drive to drive.

Open the Settings app on Xbox One.
Navigate to the System tab.
Select Storage.
Scroll over to the right to select the internal drive.
Select Transfer.
Select items you plan to transfer. If moving all items, choose Select all.
Choose Copy selected to copy the items between drives. To completely move the items, select
Move selected.
Choose the drive you plan to move content to.
Press Copy or Move to initiate the transfer.

If for whatever reason it does not let you transfer from external HD to external HD, you may need to copy the games first to your internal HD and then copy the same games to your new external HD. This step may take longer but is still an option in case you
cannot copy from one external HD to the other.
