    Transfering xbox live account to different Microsoft account


    Hi,

    I want to transfer my Xbox live account to my main Microsoft account; I know that it can be done on an Xbox 360 but I've also got an Xbox One and was wondering if anyone knew how it would affect my account on the Xbox One or whether I could do it on there.

    How to transfer XBox Live account to another Microsoft Account

    I accidentally created an XBox Live account but it isn't associated with my Microsoft Account (which has a different XBox Live account).

    I found instructions on transfering an XBox live account to another microsoft account, but the instructions appear to be for xbox 360 not the xbox one
