transfering my xbox360 live to my xbox1

I have a problem Im trying to transfer my xbox live from my xbox360 to my new xbox one heres the problem I don't have that email no more and have not had the email for 5 years so I cant get access to get the code they send I just upped my live and don't
want to pay 60.00 again and loss everything ive done for the last 5 years is there a support number or something I can do? thank you in advanced

Gamer Tag transfer.

Hello!

I own the very old Xbox360 Arcade that does not come with a Wifi adapter and so I have never connected my xbox to Live. Now that I have a new Xbox1, I want to know how can I transfer my Gamer Tag and Gamer score to the new console. Is it possible to just
use an external HDD to transfer my profile?

 

Tansfering my gamertag?

Hi guys

I bought an Xbox1 and transferred my gamertag & achievements to it from my XBox360. My Xbox1 shows all my new achievements, but when I log online direct to my gamertag/profile it doesn't have the new ones. Somehow they have gotten out of sync. Does anyone
know how to fix this?

Just so I get this right.

You know the email and password for your account?

When you try and sign in on your new xbox one it wants to verify ownership of the account because your signing in on a new device. But where they want to send the email verification code to is an email that you no longer have access to?

If all of this is correct then you will be able to change the email where they send the verification to BUT you will lose access to your account for 30 days till the verification code to.

How to change where they are sending the verification code to is.

Sign into your account at account.microsoft.com/addassocid

This will pop up the box requesting to verify ownership since you do not have access to where they want to send the code to it will give you the option to change where its being sent to also known as a security proof.

Any time someone has access to only the email and password and not the security proof MS allows a change to the security proof but there is a 30 day waiting period for the change to take affect which will lock you out of the account from being able to do
anything that requires a security proof like.

Changing the password, changing the email, changing the security proof, adding the account to an unknown device.

Once the 30 day waiting period is started the only way to cancel the request for the change is to gain access back to the old security proof so make sure you are ready to be out of your account for 30 days.
