Transfering Gamer Score from old Games for Windows Life Account

If it is a Microsoft account then yes. You only have to enter your email address and password and it should show up.

Short answer, no.



Long answer, when an account is permanently banned from XBL everything associated with it is considered forfeit as per the Terms of Service including; gamer score, game saves, ms points, Live time and download content. All of
that is gone forever, nothing is transferable and nothing is refundable. If you want anything from the old account on the new account you will need to purchase it with your new account.

The only way to transfer points from one account to another is if both accounts are a part of the Family Gold Plan and one is the Primary. Otherwise nothing can be transferred from one account to another, as stated above,
including: gamer score, ms points, game saves, Live time and download content.

Gamer score resets are not given without overwhelming proof of foul play. It doesn't matter if you modded one achievement or many achievements. There is no appeal process for gamer score resets. Your only recourse, if you want to be able to earn achievements
on games played prior to the reset, is to create a new account and start over.



So long as you don't change consoles your new account will be able to share the old accounts DLC, avatar items excluded. And no, nothing is transferable from one account to another including; gamer score, ms points, Live time, download content and
certain game saves. The latter can only be done if the Game Developer allows for this in their game and the ability to earn achievements from that game save is automatically disabled.
