Transfering game to other account.

I just bought another Xbox One for myseld and i beat the game called "Middle Earth: Shadows of Mordor". I cant play on my house xbox one because my brother hogs it everyday, is their a way i can go into my other account(I beat the game on my dads xbox profile
and i made another on for me) and transfer everything (DLC's , saved games and all achievmants) to my account on my other Xbox console. in other words, can i transfer my game from a differant account on a differant xbox one console to my other
account on my other xbox one. NOTE THAT BOTH CONSOLES ARE IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD. And if it is possible please do a "step tutorial" or a "video"

So, when I bought the Xbox One I got a free Forza Horizon 3 code, I used it on an account that I made instantly when´I started my Xbox up. But how can I transfer the game to my newer account? I dont use my old account anymore.

No. There is no way to copy and paste anything between accounts.

You can still access games and DLC if you're on the Home console (support.xbox.com/.../my-home-xbox) of the account that purchased the games, but you cannot transfer
ownership, achievements, games saves to another account.

 

Thats not right IMHO ^ for all 2 obvious reasons. And is a very good argument for not supporting current gen.

 

^^ You couldn't do that with previous gens either. If person A buys a game, person A owns that game. You can't transfer the license to someone else. Now, if someone else is signed on the person who owns the licenses Xbox, then they can access the game.

 

Yeah...that "you cannot combine/transfer anything between accounts" existed even in the original Xbox days. And I have often wondered why it has never been addressed.
