Transfering digital xbox games betweeen consoles under same account

I have one xbox one and i plan to get another one, i have 13 games on my xbox that i currently own, some of which are digital. I know that for disc games i can just install the disc on another console, but can i get the digital games on another console
under my same account? Any help would be appreciated.

if you login on your account on a different xbox you can download the games that you purchse digitally on the new xbox

You just need to sign in under the same account that bought them on 360. Only digital games will show up

License transfer doesn't exist for Xbox One and Series. It's all account based

Did you install that DLC from the Manage menu?

Sounds like it might be a digital license issue, which means a license transfer may be necessary. This can be found under the Settings Tab from the dashboard, under Account Management. Information about license transfers can be found

this cannot be done, the only option is make a new account and set your account as the home one for the console so he can still play the digital games and use live.

they cannot and will not transfer account, the xbox account IS the microsoft account they are one in the same.
