Bonjour,

Je possède une xboxOneX sur laquelle je joue avec un compte microsoft X, je reçois de nombreux spam et messages caractères (Mod Removed - Inappropriate) sur cette messagerie, provenant d'une personne qui a sauvegardé mon adresse mail X
sur son PC et Il a été piraté.

Je reçois donc des mails provenant de personne que je ne connait.

Je souhaite stopper cette adresse X mais le soucis c'est que celle ci est relié a mon compte XboxLive X avec laquelle je joue.

Afin de ne pas perdre mes achats et succès réalisés avec ce compte X je souhaite transférer toutes mes donnés vers un autre compte Y avant de la supprimer le compte X définitivement.

Est ce possible ?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

Since the emails are Outlook you cannot switch them between the accounts. You can attempt to switch the primary alias, however you will need to leave it on the account as the secondary email.

If the email is connected to the wrong gamertag, you can move the email over to the gamertag you do want it connected
to. It will be similar to musical chairs.
You will first need to free up the email you want to use on the other account by first changing that email to a 3rd email that you don't care for (or create a new one on another
website like Gmail or Yahoo just for this) and then you can move that email to the account you want it on. It could take up to 48 hours for the emails to update across all systems.

You cantc transfer data to another account but you can change your email if you add a new alias to your account.

And i don't want loose my succés and my buy.

Hello JVDC1,

We understand that there is an email currently in use for your Xbox account that you would like to remove from your association.

Please attempt to follow our how to change the email address associated with your Microsoft account
support article for information on how to switch the primary email for the account.

Doing this would allow you to remove the email, and then delete the account associated with that email.

Try this and let us know if this works.

Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with managing account alias on your Microsoft account. Unfortunately, the both email examples are attached to a Microsoft account.
