Transfer xbox purchased games to another account

A license transfer is only used to transfer licenses between consoles, not between accounts. It's only meant to be used in the event that you are using a new console and are transferring your licenses to the console you are going to use. Anything outside
of that can be considered marketplace theft and could risk getting you or the new owner banned.

Nothing can be transferred between accounts (not even on the One). Per the terms of service, digital content cannot be sold to anyone else.

Thanks, i will check the terms and conditions as well. Strange thing though is that the terms and conditions should apply to both DVD content and Digital downloads. I can perfectly sell a game purchased in DVD.

Sadly, I doubt it. The content is locked to the account and you'd (preferably) want to remove it. It is possible for Xbox One.
