Transfer Xbox live gold to new account

how do i do the action mentioned in the subject? The xbox has the worst user interface on the planet. It is basically a PC why can’t I plug a USB keyboad into it?

My son had an account on a friends system, he transfered it over to his xbox when he got it. Now someone is sending messages and it is not him. We want to move his xbox live subscription to a new screen name. Why is this so hard?

You can't transfer a membership from one account to another yet you can share with xbox home feature

 

If someone else has his sign in information on their xbox the best thing to do would be to sign into his account at account.microsoft.com and change the password for the account this will then require the new password the next time the profile is signed
in on any device. So if the person signing in and using your sons profile does not know the new password they will not be able to sign into his account and send messages.
