    Hi guys,

    Storytime:

    My account was made by my mum for me when I was a kid, but then she lost the details. So gave me her account. I've since become an adult and don't like the idea of investing time and money into games on someone else's account. I've regained access to my account and want to start using it again, while also bringing all my games with me. Not massively bothered about saved data but would like to bring the titles across at the least.

    Tried going through Xbox support but the phone line just said to look at the website then the website gave me the number, so was just in a loop there, finally got to a place where I could request a phone call but kept throwing up an error, so not sure what happened there.

    Just looking to see if this is possible and if so who do I need to contact/how do I contact them to action this? If this is not possible what are my alternate options?

    Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
    360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.

    You can transfer licences from one Xbox to another, using the same account, but there's no way to transfer licences from one account to another.

    No, there is no way to transfer progress from one Xbox account to another. Game saves are tied to the account it was saved with.

    I'm afraid there is no way to transfer anything from one account to another account. The Xbox Account is linked to the Microsoft account and can not be transferred, same for progress in games etc.
