    Hello everyone.

    sorry about this question but I'm new user of xbox and not familiar with rules.

    I just bought a used Xbox one with these games in hard.

    Killer Instinct (No DLC)
    Titan Fall

    Fifa 14

    Madden 25

    Kinect Sports Rivals

    D4 (Dark Dreams Don't Die)

    Xbox Fitness

    Project Spark (No DLC)
    I want to know
    If I remove last owner account ,can I play these games with my account or not?

    You can transfer licences from one Xbox to another, using the same account, but there's no way to transfer licences from one account to another.

    You should both remove the last owner of the console and the games that are on the console. To use them when they do not belong to you is called Marketplace Theft and goes against the ToU and CoC of the Live service and could result in your console being
    banned from the Live service entirely.

    Project Spark and Xbox Fitness both have free items that you can download and use on the console.

    Are You talking about games intalled on the HD? then the answer is You cannot legaly use them regardless of wheter You remove the last owners account or not as this would as I've come to understand it fall in under the term "account sharing"which is against
    the Xbox Live Tearms of use. and if caught You risk having Your Xbox live account suspended/banned.. So I'd advice that You bite the bullet and buy any games You want to play.. Transfer Xbox Games from one account to another :)

    On the other hand any disc based games that you bought with the console can be installed and used on Your Xbox one/Xbox live account.. minus any activated DLC codes as these are if I'm not wrong allways single use and Tied to the account which they where
    downloaded to.. but most DLC can be bought on the Xbox live "store"

    Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
    360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.

    No, there is no way to transfer progress from one Xbox account to another. Game saves are tied to the account it was saved with.

    I'm afraid there is no way to transfer anything from one account to another account. The Xbox Account is linked to the Microsoft account and can not be transferred, same for progress in games etc.
