Transfer vbucks to another account

I uploaded a vbucks card into my son's account for xbox. Apparently, he has 2 different accounts and now it is in Microsoft black hole and I can't get access to it as its logged in for another account? It's past the time to get a refund. . . how do I
resolve this?

Currently purchased Vbucks do not transfer to other platforms.

For example you can not use the Vbucks on PC if you purchased them on Xbox.

However, the in game items you spend your Vbucks on DO transfer.

Vbucks CAN NOT be transferred to any other platform than the one you purchased them on.
Vbucks earned from the Battlepass DO transfer.
Vbucks earned from Save the World DO transfer.
Items purchased with Vbucks DO transfer.

In a nut shell, Vbucks that you Purchase CAN NOT be transferred. Vbucks that you Earn CAN be transferred.

I understand you need help with your vbucks redeemed accidentally on the wrong account.

The vbucks card that you redeemed on your account will go directly to Fortnite and even though your account does not have Xbox Live yet, this can be set up still and once an account is already made, it will show that vbucks to your own Fortnite account automatically.

Unfortunately, there is no option to transfer vbucks from one account to another. But I believe there is a way to purchase items in game and send it as a gift to another account. I would suggest doing that instead.
