Transfer to new account

Hi,

So apparently my xbox account corrupted meaning I was signed of my account on my xbox and now can't login back in cause the email address doesn't exist, guessing due to the corruption, can't speak to anyone at xbox as there customer service system is terrible and requires you to sign just to speak to someone which I can't now i have had to accept that all my games, Achievements, levels and passes are lost forever however I had just preordered bf2142 and forza horizon 5 so doesn't anyone know way to cancel the preorders without being able to access the account.

do a drm transfer at www.xbox.com/drm with the original account to the new xbox

this does not transfer the content to a new account just a new console

unfortunately nothing can be transferred, and as the account is linked to epic that cannot be transferred either, it would have to be a new account and new epic account.

hello, the furthest i got with xbox support was to make a new separate account. they had told me they could transfer everything to a new account within a couple of days , then nothing was ever transferred to the new account.

I am afraid there is no way to cancel pre-orders without having access to the account!

So then Microsoft get £80+ for nothing? If could access the account I wouldn't need to cancel the preorders
