Transfer texture packs from Xbox 360 to Xbox ONE?

I just bought minecraft xbox one edition, but as the title says, is it possible to transfer all my texture packs from the 360 version to the xbox one or i need to buy them again?

Minecraft Texture/Skin Packs

So I will start this out with dismissing who ever has the trigger finger to copy & paste me a link to that list of skins/texture packs that transfer from Xbox 360 to Xbox One right away.

My issue is that I have the game on both consoles and own the Natural and Plastic Texture Packs as well as some of the first few skin packs (can't remember which ones) and I've had Minecraft on Xbox One for about a month now playing on and off and the purchases
still have not carried over to my Xbox One version which is extremely irritating as I love playing in the natural texture pack.

Can anyone help me with this issue without redirecting me to something that has no possible way to resolve this?

ex: Go to download said texture packs and it says "Purchase for 0.99"

Cross platform multiplayer isn't happening, either, but "many" of the Xbox 360 version's DLC skins and texture packs will be available for Xbox One. "We'd like to say all your DLC would transfer, but some of the items are trapped in licensing deals that
are too boring to get into here," notes a Mojang post. "We'll have more on this soon."

Unless the texture packs ect were released on Xbox 360 before September 5, 2014, you can not transfer them any longer. You must buy them again same as you bought a new version of MCXB1. As of February 25, 2016 the upgrade offer and the DLC content transfer
offers are no longer available.

I don't know if the MS store offers the minecraft favorites bundle, but if not...

you could find the code online for sale, maybe $8, gets you at least a few different texture packs and skins. make sure you buy from a reputable person though.

I have read that there is an issue with some texture or skin packs transferring properly. You could try going back on your Xbox 360, unload the packs from the map, save it again, then export it. Since you also have the packs on the Xbox one, they can be
put back on if the transfer is successful.

Some texture packs was not transfered from 360 edition to the newer Bedrock edition.

Oh i almost forgot the texture pack i have on the 360 is showing up as free on the Xbox one though. City texture pack
